Terms and Conditions for the Tabology Referral Scheme

1. Purpose and Scope

The Tabology Referral Scheme ("the Scheme") aims to acquire new EPOS customers for Tabology. Participation is open to employees of existing customers who have a Tabology back-office login.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1. Successful referrers will receive a £100 Amazon voucher as a reward.

2.2. The reward will be issued once the referred customer has been live in venue with any Tabology EPOS plan for a minimum of 30 days.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Participants will refer others using a unique referral link made available by Tabology in the back office.

3.2. There is no limit to the number of referrals or rewards a participant can earn under this Scheme.

4. Eligibility of Referrals

4.1. Only referrals of businesses new to Tabology are valid under the Scheme.

4.2. Referrals cannot be used to add additional sites for existing Tabology customers.

5. Program Duration

5.1. The Scheme is time-limited, and referrals must contact us between the launch date 14th January 2025 and 30th April 2025 to be eligible for rewards.

5.2. Referred customers must sign up before 1^st January 2026 to be eligible as a referral.

6. Restrictions and Fraud Prevention

6.1. The Scheme cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

6.2. Tabology reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referrals or participants suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.

7. Legal and Compliance

7.1. Participants are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the rewards issued under this Scheme.

7.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Amendments and Termination

8.1. Tabology reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Any changes to the terms will be communicated to participants, and continued participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
